Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vimmac platform and related services. By creating an account or using Vimmac, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Vimmac, Inc. ("Vimmac", "we", "us") provides AI recruiting software where candidate and company agents negotiate hiring criteria before humans meet. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Vimmac.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Vimmac. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Vimmac for unlawful, discriminatory, or fraudulent purposes.
  • Upload content you do not have the right to share, or that infringes others' rights.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
  • Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (for example profiles, job descriptions, and messages). You grant Vimmac a limited license to host, process, and use that content to operate and improve the service, including running matching and negotiation workflows you request.

5. Intellectual property

The Vimmac platform, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Vimmac and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our brand or technology except the limited right to use the service.

6. Service availability and changes

Vimmac is offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.

7. Disclaimers and liability

Vimmac does not guarantee any hiring outcome, match quality, or result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vimmac is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using Vimmac at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required to protect the service or other users.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where Vimmac operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
